How to nail a interview for a retail video store manager position?

I have an interview for a retail video store manager trainee position. I don’t have much experience (only a year in management) and that’s why I want to know how I can nail the interview so they can see that I’m perfect for the job. Have any suggestions on what I can say that they’ll be looking for?
I know this is not in the right area but I wasn’t getting any answers in the other sections.

For an entry level position, having too much experience can be a bad thing and make you seem overqualified.

The important thing is to look professional, and try to speak clearly and concisely. Your attitude will set you apart from the others. They are looking for a trainee; someone they can make management out of.

Be prepared for the softball questions like:

“Tell me about yourself.”
“Why do you want to work here?”
“What kind of salary do you desire?”

Be sure to have answers prepared for all of these. Saying “I dunno” is asking for them to show you the door.
