Can’t receive email from my yahoo biz account to Mac’s Mail app anymore?

Been using Mail app in Mac for over a year now with an email account under Yahoo Biz. Until I went out of the country and accessed it via WiFi, I realized my mails stopped downloading.

Have you actually deleted and re-entered the username and password on the account to what you know to be correct? One or both may have become corrupted.

If you’re able to check mail via browser, copy what you use in the browser as username & password, and paste those into the Mail app settings.

If that doesn’t help, use the “Forgot Password” function online to recover the password.
